Grade I - Birth Certificate showing that the child is six (6) years old before the end of June following the enrolment.
Grade II to VI- Form 138 showing no failing grades
High School
First Year - Form 138, two 2x2 pictures, Xeroxed copy of the birth certificate duly authenticated, will have taken and passed the classifying examination.
Second Year and Fourth Year - Form 138 with no failing grade and two (2) 2x2 pictures.
College
Original copy of the Form 138 marked Graduated and signed by the Principal. Complete high school records. An authenticated Xeroxed copy of the Birth Certificate, two (2) 2x2 copies of the latest picture. He must pass the admission examination and interview administered by the GNC.
Transferees
Honorable Dismissal from the school last attended. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by two (2) officials of the school last attended, the Guidance Counselor, and Principal or Dean of Student Affairs. Certified true copies of scholastic work, ROTC records signed by the Registrar of the school last attended. Two (2) 2x2 copies of latest picture. Other requirements as may be required by the GNC Registrar and Guidance Counselor. All transferees shall be enrolled under probation status.
Other Admission Policies
No college student shall be admitted to the Junior or Senior year unless he has finished the basic course in ROTC and four (4) semester of Physical Education (PE). For unconditional readmission for the next year, a student must have a satisfactory conduct, a regular attendance record and must obtain the required academic performance for his particular year or grade level. Otherwise he shall, upon discretion of the President be admitted on probation for discipline absence or academics. He shall sign the student's pledge, to the countersigned by his parents or guardians.
No male student shall be allowed to enroll in the Fourth Curriculum Year of his academic course without having completed the ROTC and P.E. requirements. This is in compliance with DECS Order No. 95, S. 1990 and in reference to the GNC President's Bulletin No. 106, dated 19 October 1990.
