IN VIEW of the national and global economic crisis, the Guagua National Colleges (GNC) has decided not to increase its tuition and miscellaneous fees for school year 2009-2010. This is also in response to the call of government, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and House of Representatives to educational institutions to help ease the burden of Filipinos.
This is the third time that the GNC is opting not to hike its tuition fee from school year 2007-2008 during the presidency of Dr. Ernesto M. Rigor, while the second was during the first term of lawyer Ricardo V. Puno Jr., the current president.
